Dick Pyett Committee Member Small Print competition Secretary. Newsletter Editor.
Margaret Adam Committee Member Raffles and General responsibilities for assisting with various other tasks.
Sarah Mathews Committee Member Organising Posters and Publicity and dealing with the media.
Ruby McWilliam Committee Member Raffles and General responsibilities for assisting with various other tasks.
Jill Lacamp Committee Member Organising Club's Tea Rota
John Clark Committee Member Assisting Slide Competition Secretary.

Many other tasks, too numerous to mention here, are allocated to members during the season.

The following club members have volunteered to undertake these important tasks within the club's activities. 
Allan Adam Interclub Print competition organiser. Responsible for Organisation of Highland Challenge.
John Davidson Responsible for handling clubs interests in Grampian Cup Competition. Slide shows to other local clubs.
Tom Keir Exhibitions of our members photographs in various shop windows and public places.
Tony Jenkinson Project co-ordinator for the club's Exhibition in Elgin Library. 
Alan Butterfield Committee's co-ordinator responsible for liaising with Tony Jenkinson ref the Library Exhibition.

Members have many other responsibilities and the above is only a very brief description of them.
